I didn’t feel any worse today, but I’m attributing my enhanced fartitude to the wheat. I also notice that it doesn’t have as much staying power as other foods. Going forward, I would probably be better off to keep the breads to a minimum.

- Dinner: chicken soup concoction and champaign- congratulations on the new house from a year and a half ago, the baby approaching a year ago, and most of all, completing Whole30
